RETURN POLICY
TechcartIndia.com Return Policy is Allows customers to return product within 7 Days of Purchased product’s delivery date under the following return conditions.
(Section 1: CANCELLETION)
- Immediate Cancellation: Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made immediately after placing the order. However, the cancellation request may not be entertained if the process of shipping initiated.
- Third Party Software & Digital Delivery: TechcartIndia.com does not accept cancellation/Return requests for E-mail/WhatsApp or any digitally/electronically delivered keys or software, etc.
- No Cancellation/ Return: No Order Cancellation or Returns are done due to wrong selection of product/products post-delivery. All customers are requested to check specifications/configuration requirements carefully. (For More details see SECTION 3)
(Section 2: RETURN OF PRODUCTS)
- Wrong & Defective Products: The product delivered by TechcartIndia.com is in a damaged condition, the wrong product was shipped, the product is in a dead condition or the product is defective.
- Condition for Return: All returned items must be in new and in unused condition, with all original tags and labels, packaged accessories, and documentation attached, as package is delivered.
- Shipping : If any Customer needs to be return product/products back then, he/she/them have to take confirmation for charges applicable for from our team then only ship the products Return shipping charges will be repaid in the form of TechcartIndia.com store credit.
(Section 3: WRONG SELECTION, SEAL / PACKAGE BROKEN)
- Wrong Selection: We do not accept returns in case of wrong selection done by customer.
- Seal or Package Broken Products: TechcartIndia.com Do Not Accept any product return if the purchased products package’s Seal is Broken or Package of Item may damage by unfairly broken.
- Return for Wrong Selection: TechcartIndia.com Return Policy is applicable for Cases where the wrong selection was made by the customer AND Package is unbroken, with all original tags and labels, packaged accessories, and documentation attached, as package is delivered this condition will also be considered optional returns and may attract 15% cost of Products total cost (including taxes) as a Cancellation / Restocking charges.
(Section 4: REFUND)
- The Payment done by our payment gateways are refunded at same bank account after confirmation of product return process completed and confirmation by sales team of techcartindia.com
- If the Payment done by DIRECT BANK TRANSFER and COD orders refunds will be done only in buyer’s bank account (Customer Needed Bank Account Details). This process usually takes 7-10 working days to reflect in your account.
